Shipping and Delivery
Please make sure that you provide a precise and accurate address to avoid possible errors or delays in delivery.
We will make every effort to deliver your items to the address you provide. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inability to deliver due to an error in your address.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
With the standard delivery option, your order will usually be shipped within two to four business days of receipt, upon validation of payment.
All orders must be signed for upon delivery. In case of absence at the time of delivery, the transport company will leave a phone number where you can reach them to arrange a second presentation. You can opt for a delivery without signature under your responsibility.
The days and times of delivery indicated on our website are given as an indication. We will do our best to respect the delivery times specified, but we are dependent on our suppliers, and we cannot be held responsible for any failure to respect this deadline.
Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items. If you notice that the package is damaged upon receipt, please notify the carrier immediately, and if possible, take a picture on which the shipping label can be clearly seen.
Shipping fees include the actual shipping costs, which vary depending on the package (size, weight, destination, etc.) and the amount charged by the shipping company, plus any additional packaging and handling fees.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed apart, and shipping fees will apply to each.
Returns and Refunds
We always hope that you are satisfied with your order. We are sorry to have to make a return.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your items with a return slip in their original packaging. You will then receive a full refund of the amount of the returned item within 30 working days of receipt of your refund request, provided the goods are returned within this period.
Before any return, please contact the customer service via the contact form indicating your order number, so that the customer service explains the procedure to you. Any request outside the procedure cannot be processed.
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than a defect in the item, incomplete or incorrect delivery, the shipping charges will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
When you return an item to us, be sure to obtain proof of shipment. Please retain your proof of shipment so that you can verify that the item was shipped in the unlikely event that we do not receive your package.
Product Return Procedure
Step 1 - Contact Customer Service
Contact Customer Service via the Contact Form with your order number.
Please note that we will not be able to accept returns of products that we believe have been used.
Step 2 - Return the product
Customer Service will email you a product return authorization with a return address. Please print and complete this document.
Products must be returned to the distribution center in their original packaging and within thirty (30) business days.
Be sure to properly seal the return package and include the completed return form in the package.
When you return an item to us, be sure to obtain proof of shipment. Please retain your proof of shipment so that you can verify that the item was shipped in the unlikely event that we do not receive your package.
We cannot be held responsible for a package lost in transit.
Step 3 - Refund Processing
If you have chosen to receive a refund, this will be done within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your products and provided that these same products have reached us.
